Mist

It had been misty all day but at this point it started to lift and clear up a bit. This image is captured with my cell phone. It is a SOOC. I made no changes to it. The light is yellow, not fully lit. Shot with one of the phones BW filters.

Common Redpoll - Gråsiska

A walk on a grey day, today that is, I noticed a flock of birds. Hardly visible. Grey birds on a grey day, not a great combination. From the red head I realized it is Common Redpoll. Our name, translated, would be "grey siskin". These guys hardly sit still and wait for you to take shots. This was the only decent shot I got. But as they say, one good image is enough to save the day.

When I woke up rather early I could see that it was a clear sky and a bit mist so I headed out to capture some.

I decided to take an evening walk yesterday. It´been raining today so I spent the day indoors. Glad I went, it was chilly and the mist started to rise. A nice walk I´d say.

This was quite amusing to watch. There was six of them playing around and running fast. Kicking and boxing. So fun to watch.

NOTE!
Lately my blog URL seem to have been hijacked. On two occasions when I clicked the link to this blog I got a full-screen ad about sex right in my face. Others have ended up in a casino of fashion. If this happens to you, please tell me in a comment. If it continues I have to start a new blog:

This is a small bridge passing over a strem. It is a great place if you want to look for dragonflies. I played around with the image a little but am not sure about the last one. It did not turn out as I wanted it to. But...I keep for the time beeing.
