Misty path at night

It had been misty all day but at this point it started to lift and clear up a bit. This image is captured with my cell phone. It is a SOOC. I made no changes to it. The light is yellow, not fully lit. Shot with one of the phones BW filters.

    WOOWW...seriously that picture taken with cell phone!!? Amazing. That's why one professional photographer once told me that if you know how to take pictures, you will be able to take it using anything. Lovely capture. What's SOOC?
