Seen in the forest yesterday. The tiny Goldcrest high up in the tree, hardly seen, still captured Sometimes you get lucky :)
The orange twig is blueberry (bilberry) I think the strange orange colors comes from the draught last summer.

Finally, they have arrived. I´m sure I spotted five birds but there were probably six. Three pairs that is! Last year was a bad one as no young was hatched due to the drought. Hopefully that will not happen this season.

Ramsjöhult farm is nowadays a place for recreation. People can walk the forest, jogging on forest paths or just enjoy a walk. There are a bird feeder and a fireplace. The barn is probably just a place for storage old stuff nowadays. And it is slowly breaking down.

I played around with a part of the roof. Just for fun. The tiles are beautiful in their present style. :)

First tern arrived

Not much of migrating birds yet. They seem to be only passing by. I did see the first tern. But only one. And that one did not like it when I pointed my camera to it. And the Merganser did not have a female as company. At least I did not see any.

The top image is snowing visible in the light. there was a special light that we could see but that did not disturb the owls. The owls was wild so you could never be really sure if they arrived. We did see 2 of them, a family of 4.

I think the pattern of the snow was due to the light that was "blinking" rapidly. Not sure how it worked.

This is a large snowdrop I found at the City park. It is placed on a mirror so what you see is the flower, the reflection and the roof in my kitchen :)

Seen from my kitchen with a brand new camera. A LUMIX G80, not as heavy as the old Canon. But it has to be tested to see what it can and can´t do! So far I know it has problems following a fast flying bird. But it seem to have other great functions like this sun image. I like the full coloring of the sun. It is not manipulated.

Little lamb

I was driving in teh countryside when I spotted that little weirdlooking horse. I had to turn back to see what I actually saw. It was small even for a pony. Nor sure if I think it is cute or not. But certainly special.
The little lamb was the first one I seen this year. Had to stop and take a shot. That one IS cute.
