This is my favorite tree of all in my town. It grows in a garden I can pass when I go to town. And I mostly chose that street only to see the tree. It took a couple of years before I realised it was a lilac. Guess I was fooled by the gorgeous trunk. It does not look like the usual lilac bushes.

The first part of July was warm enough to go swimming. So I did. And, as you can see, I had company. If you wonder why the fish swim in pairs the explanation is, one of them are the shadows.  :)

The first and last shot on that location yesterday. It is a shallow lake and easily dries up. The first image is a juv White Wagtail. It sat there when I went out the car. The last image I took of the sky when I was ready to leave. It had been some light showers while I was there.

This is Eriksbergs Castle about 20 km from my town, Katrineholm, and a part of the garden.
The family still runs the place and lives there. It is also used as a conference center.
