It is interesting to see so many snakes together. Had they just emerged from a hibernaculum?
ReplyDelete...I've never been much of a snake fan.
ReplyDeleteHello, it is cool seeing the two snakes together. I love the baby coots and the beautiful grebe. Wonderful photos. Thank you so much for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your day and weekend. PS, thank you for the comment on my blog.
ReplyDeleteThose baby Coots are so cute! And I much prefer them to snakes, even the non-poisonous ones! Though their patterns are interesting in black and white.
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend!
Ups, long neck:). Beautiful post.

ReplyDeleteHello. Wonderful photos of snakes. The Horned grebe - great and beautiful bird!
ReplyDeleteHave a nice weekend!
The snakes make me cringe, even though they are harmless. Love the birds!
ReplyDeleteNo snakes for me. You're brave stopping to get a photo. The coot babies are sweet...but, my favorite is the horned grebe.
ReplyDeleteFor linking in with us this weekend at I'd Rather B Birdin', I thank you. Happy birding!
I love the snake photo - such lovely smooth curves!
ReplyDeleteAmazing clicks.
ReplyDeleteI prefer color, usually. Definitely this time :)

ReplyDeletethanks!
ReplyDeleteI far prefer the coots over the Snok, especially when I see more than one of the Snok curled up together ...
ReplyDeleteSnok. I learned a new word, and this is good. But I really prefers the less...curvaceous critters.
ReplyDeleteFabulous selection of critters to see here, thank you.
ReplyDeleteAll the best Jan
