This one made me happy. For the first time in decades I have seen one alive. Every spring we see them on the side of the road. Killed by cars. That is why I loved seeing this one away from a road. And in the early afternoon.

Fabulous ... where did you see it? It looks like it was the middle of the day, which would surprise me. Are they typically early morning and early evening creatures?
ReplyDeleteRather close to my home and, yes, midday :)
DeleteHello, cool sighting of the Badger. I have never seen them here, I heard they are in Yellowstone. Great shots. Thank you for linking up and sharing your post. I appreciate the visit and comment too. Happy Friday, have a great day and weekend!
ReplyDeleteWow! Great capture.
ReplyDeleteI have never seen a badger. This one sure is in a hurry. Nice shots!
ReplyDeleteHello!:) What a neat sighting of a badger. I have seen them before, but never running like this one. Great shots of a creature close to my heart. So many are culled unnecessarily.:(
ReplyDeleteI've never seen one, are they as common to you as possums or hedgehogs are to us?
ReplyDeleteGreat shots! I've seen a badger running wild once here in Sweden, but that was ages ago.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great find - I've never seen one in the wild.
ReplyDeleteWonderful action shots!!! I saw one once (no camera boo hoo) and was very excited.
ReplyDeleteAwesome!
ReplyDeleteGreat action shot. Yesterday I heard something under the cabin deck yesterday when I was planting flowers. I was surprised when I saw my song sparrow emerge. It sound like something much larger, maybe a marten. - Margy
ReplyDeleteWow! great photos! I know badgers can be ornery.
ReplyDeleteI love the middle running shot! So great.
ReplyDeleteOh this is great...I have never seen one in a photo before...Michelle
