I´m sorry to say I can´t find any description of this place in English. This is a part of a much larger Nature Reserve outside Katrineholm, called Skirtorpssjön. It contains natural features from the ice age. This hollow formation is created by, what they call, dead ice. And there are three of them. The largest filled with water. There are old tales about a giant created them of course and one of the hollows is the giants sink. A GOOGLE map of the place can be found here
And this is the sign at one end of the Reserve.
