An odd pair

These two birds were the only ones in sight and seemed to have paired up. To me it seemed like the young Whooper swan was the one that mostly wanted company. It followed the goose around.

  1. Hello!:) Great shots of the odd pair. The Swan must have felt lonely. Sometimes we see odd couples. When I saw the Bluethroat, he was in the company of a Crested Lark! Didn't get a shot of them together, but wish I had.

  2. Hello, great shots of the Goose and the Whooper Swan. The swan is beautiful. Our power went out yesterday morning and is not back on yet. Thankfully hubby got our generator working long enough for me to make a few comments. I will catch up on all links and blog comments asap. Thanks so much for linking up and sharing your post. Happy Saturday, enjoy your weekend!

  9. Ducks are very cold blooded, their feathers can insulate their feelings and their feet withstand that cold. I see them as complimentary, haha!

  10. What a lovely pair! There is a goose and duck at the local park that seem to be a pair, too. Strange but cute.
