As I am not really Celebrating Christmas anymore I give you a quick Mosaic of an a-corn
A-corns can be very beautiful inside. And this is one of them. As you can see I painted a tree on rhe left one. The right one is what it looked like natuarally.

A rainy day

Great-spotted woodpecker, female. The patch on her neck is white, not red. 


Marsh tit - Entita

Eurasian Treecreeper

This was a rainy and very dark day. So it was hard to get shots at all. I hardly saw them in the camera. 
It was nice to see the female woodpecker. Most of the times it is only the males with the red neck patch that shows up. 
The Blue and Marsh tits are mostly seen at the feeder but this time I also saw one treecreeper. I was lucky to get a shot of it. They usually hide themselves behind the tree trunk. Especially at the same moment you press the button. 😁

Boda Kvarn

Boda Kvarn a rainy day

This is Boda Kvarn, an old mill about 20km from my town. Kvarn means mill in English. This place is now a kind of museum. A group of people takes care of it and closes and opens the dam when needed. Right now it is rather much water as it has rained a lot. This is also the place where there used to be Dippers in wintertime. There was one a few weeks ago but it seem to have left. They like colder weather and it is unusually warm this winter. I hope it comes back!
