The ripples in the pond looked like melted metal to me.

I have started to paint in acrylic. I needed a break from photography. The boat are painted from a sketch I made when I was a teenager. I kept it all those years :)

I have been to Stockholm for a party this weekend. We stayed at a hostel on boats. Three boats make up the hostel. This is a view over the quay from our room. And the second one is the rock wall seen from the rear of the boat. This is located in the center of Stockholm. The old city.

I made a morning trip around the area of Djulö. Djulö is the name of both the lake and the mansion. It was some mist and the sun did not want to come out. At the little harbor I found a nice rowing boat and a female Mallard that was really good looking. She made a pretty sight among the leafs on the ground. And others were up early to get some exercise.

I went to Fiskeboda that is located at a large lake, Hjälmaren, about 30km north of my town. Looking for spring activity among camping and boating folks. They started alright even if it is not that obvious in the shots I choose.

Det här är en bild från min trip till Hummelvik tidigare i veckan. Solen är dold av dimma men ger ändå lite skugga och även reflexer i taket. 
This is a shot from my trip to Hummelvik earlier this week. The sun that is hidden by mist still gives some shadow and some reflections on the roof  that is quite nice.
