Tiny winged ones

Finally some insects are out, even if I am no fan of some of them I like to see them as they should be there. The Humblebee is well known, they are here even if not the same number as "usual".
The yellow one seem to be Mayetiola in English or scientific language. In Swedish it is Corn moskito.
The longlegged one,  Long-bodied craneflie, I found in my bathtub. They visit every year.
Last one is a favorite among butterflies: Large skipper

That´s all for today, I will go a bit north to visit my daughter and her family.
It is "Midsummer" day today and they are going to barbeque, so I hope rain is not pouring down.
Take care everyone and enjoy your weekend.

  3. Great series. It's timely for us. We were sitting in the backyard a couple of days ago in wonder at the sheer number of winged creatures around us poor earthbound humans!

  5. It's so hard to get good photos of these little ones. They are so beautiful when you get a chance to zoom in and look closely!

  7. The bees are my favourite though, got to do more to encourage them in our gardens.

  8. Have a lovely Midsummer Day with your daughter and her family. You'll have a good time no matter the weather. Nice insect photos. I always love the skippers, maybe because of how their wings are formed. Take care.

  10. I hope you had a lovely visit with your daughter. I do not mind insects usually -- but not in my bathtub ;>)

  11. No, I don't like each of this little too. Especially Moscitos. Or spiders.

    Happy MosaicMonday
