NF Photo 121110 on route to Morocco
This shot can use some explanation. I took it through the aircraft window. It was all cloudy and the sun just set. Suddenly a light appeared, from the ground, in a small opening in the clouds. It was like the cloud was set on white fire for a moment. Never seen that before. The Bokeh comes from ice on the outside of the window as I focused on the light.

ReplyDeleteBlue and White
For you who wonder about the picture. I think we must have been flying over a city or maybe a football area of some kind as the light is white and strong.
ReplyDeleteIncredible shot!
ReplyDeleteFascinerende!
ReplyDeleteI second everything everyone else has said - this is an incredibly unique, dramatic and beautiful photo! I love looking down on the tops of clouds (we were able to do it often when we lived on the side of a mountain), but that bright light shining up through a break in them really makes this shot special! And though trying to photograph through dirty aircraft windows usually annoys me, in this case the bokeh effect really adds to the photo! Great job!
