Critters yesterday

Yesterday I had three appointments that was cancelled! Three!
So, I took tha car and went "business as usual". Checking the Fallow deers. To my surprise I saw a LOT of them More then I have seen the past six months.

Top image, you recognize them by now. The Men´c club.
Middle image, on another field, one male and the rest females and young ones.
Bottom image, on the field behind the barn, lots of females and, I think, two males. I think I was able to capture all of them. It is more then a year since I saw a group like that.

And all of this in the afternoon.

The fox.
At the same place where I mostly spot the Men´s club I saw the fox. Probably the one i had on one image sleeping a week ago. Seeing the photo I think this fox is not healthy. It looks sick to me.

That will be enough for today. What looks like a lake in the top image is just melting snow and rain. Makes it slippery and muddy to walk in. I don´t envy the animals.

Linking up with the following memes. My thanks to the hosts:

  2. It's hard to tell with the fox. He does look puny though. How nice to see so many deer!

The fox doesn't look good indeed, I see spots on the muzzle and also on the ears.

  6. Hello Monica,:=) Lovely shots of the deer, and so many of them. The fox may have been in a fight with another fox!

  7. There is a real contrast between the robustness of the deer and the poor condition of the fox. Too bad the fox couldn't get checked by a vet.
