This time of year this fungi shows up in the lawns. It is edible but I prefer to work with it. This image is small as I really need three hands to create the sketch. It is created in RAW where you actually were to sharpen your image. The first two images gives you the third. I have more ideas for this fungi but need some other images.

Linking up with the following memes. My thanks to the hosts:

My computer is spoiled when it comes to photos so I can´t create anything new for Sketches, thus I share the one for PPF.

  1. So interesting. I am more of a point and shoot person when it comes to photographs as Photoshop tends to be a bit of a mystery! :)

  4. Ink Caps, not sure I have heard them called that before ... are they good to eat or fruit from the poison tree? Your paintings are true and beautiful. I am a color person so I like the first best, but the others are equally well done. Nice work, Monica ...

  14. I know I have already commented on these wonderful photos, but I have come to commiserate with you over the Windows 10 Mayhem. It took me a long time to get through that. I can't remember for sure how it resolved as I have a knack for forgetting things I don't want to remember, but I think I got through it by restarting my computer every time the "Up Grade" showed up. they finally reversed the upgrade and I think I am still operating on the old Windows 10 ... or not, I am not sure. Good luck, maybe you will find a better solution. :)

  15. We have these in one spot on our lawn too. I should have looked at it as potential Art!! Mostly the kids just stomp on them. I considered transferring to our actual fairy garden, but I was worried that eventually I'd have like a dozen of them!
