A big surprise for birders and birds. Southern part of Japan, Kyushu, suddenly was hit by a snowstorm. First one in about 100 years.

  1. Beautiful photos of this!

  2. Hello, great sightings of the Kite and the Bulbul. Happy Tuesday, enjoy your week ahead!

  3. Oh, there's another Bulbul ... so cool. And what is he eating? Great catch :) A snow storm in Japan that they haven't had in 100 years and it happened when you were there ... were you accused of bringing it with you? Love your Kites too ... don't have any of them near us, so I have never seen anything but pictures of them. Hope to change that some day :) Great post, Monica ...

  6. Hello!:)Great sighting of the Black Kite, also on my blog, and the Bulbul which I have never had the pleasure of seeing in the wild. Great shots of both!:)
