Glittering trees

Glittering trees

Yesterday we got the first load of snow. But not so much and it was wet.  During the morning the snow on the trees melted and then froze. Creating a lot of frozen drops and icicles on the tree tops. In the sun they shone like Christmas trees. It was a beautiful sight.

With that I wish everyone a Happy New Year

  2. Hello, the trees glistening are beautiful. We have only had a light dusting of snow here a week ago. Happy Tuesday, enjoy your week! Happy New year!

Are you sad when the snow smelt.. We have a little, about 0,5 cm.

  5. Sparkle, sparkle ... how I love the ice on the trees. We didn't get that yet here though we have had snow and then melting, but no more freezing ... too warm for this time of year. These are great shots. It is hard to capture a sparkle and you did it ... :)

  6. These are beautiful shots. We just had a Winter storm, freezing rain, sleet, snow...layers of each. I wish I had thought to captures its magic. I think of that too late. I was too busy shoveling. I can admire it here, right? Happy New Year!
