I like this kind of clouds but honestly I don´t know why they appear. They seem to be more common lately then they used to be. Due to global warming? According to this article they should appear close to mountains or high country but this is not at high altitude.

I love cloud shots - very nice!
ReplyDeleteI could find different shapes in the clouds. One is like feather another a speed wind! Awesome shot!
ReplyDeleteThe clouds remind me of flying saucers. Were you being invaded by aliens from Outer Space? ;)
ReplyDeleteI couldn't decide whether the first image was an out of focus cloud, or a space ship... The last image is my favourite!!!
ReplyDeleteLovely -- but a little scary. I keep thinking I need to learn more about what the different kinds of clouds mean and not just look on them as beautiful shapes.
ReplyDeleteI have to agree with EG, these clouds remind me of flying saucers, too!! But you did get some beautiful and different captures for the day and I really like them!! Thanks for sharing!!
ReplyDeleteUFO's over country, be careful :-), the theory list about this clouds is long, maybe that are small turbulence's of dry and moisture air.
ReplyDeleteReally cool looking clouds, great sighting and photos.
ReplyDeleteAmazing cloud formations like little flying saucers. :)
ReplyDeleteI immediately thought of UFOs...and I see I was not alone! Very pretty.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite photograph is the last of the three posted. Magical. Misty. Gray days sometimes make the BEST images.
