I found a new Magnolia tree down town. And it is yellow. Gorgeous! Never seen a yellow one before. This outweighs the cut down of the pink ones. :)

Did you know that magnolias are very old flowers - they were blossoming at the same time that T. rex was roaming the earth! So I have a picture in my mind of a lady T. rex with a magnolia blossom tucked behind her ear...
