This construction is located in the towns square. I did not find much data about it but it seems to have been ordered by Tom Tits experiment and called Svävande vatten - Floating water.
Bonnies optional theme for todays PAF is "exits" and/or "entrances". I guess I covered both with this water shots/art. . :)
