WOW!!! Awesome shot and processing. Since I have always cooked on an electric stove, when I am using a gas one and it does that big POOF when it lights, I am scared to death. I know gas is the way to go, but out here in the country we have to use electric. Love your post this week. It really does look like gas alight.
