  1. Once I owned s Scottish Deerhound, a hound that before the battle of Culloden 1745 only was to be owned by kings and earls. His fur had the shades of Your pictures and his mind was as soft as the light therein. He was fast as the lightning when he was allowed to let his power explode and his loyalty above any doubt. We called him Gregor but his name was Bagpipe. I wished it had been Thistle!
All this brought Your beautiful pictures to my mind.
    Thank You!

  4. Flott kontrast i begge versjoner. Røft uttrykk som passer tistlen. Bra i sort/hvitt. Ha en fin helg :)

  6. Intressanta "positiva" bilder. Finns inget "negativt" att säga om dem. Är det du som misshandlat den?

  14. So pretty, and so very dramatic with the lack of color - makes it look quite intense in texture.

My Monday feature is: COLORFUL fungus

  16. Yep, that's thistle. At first, it kinda looked like a dandelion. Pretty enough to frame.
