  7. Hi there - nice picture. I think that it’s some form of kelp. I'll take a guess you took this at low tide - if that’s not correct, then it’s not kelp!

  21. Here in Maine there is a lot of kelp and glad to see someone else has photographed it besides me. It is an unusual subject-but you've captured it beautifully.
